What Elizahealth stores
Providers use Elizahealth to manage appointments, contact details and clinical records. Patients submitting a booking share their information with the selected provider for care coordination.
How information is used
Operational health information is used to provide and secure the service. Elizahealth does not sell patient-level medical records. Any future research or model-development program will require separate governance, appropriate consent, de-identification and restricted access.
Provider responsibility
Providers control the records they create and must only access information needed to provide care. Actions on clinical records may be recorded in an audit history.
AI assistance
AI-generated content must be identified and reviewed by a qualified provider before it becomes part of a clinical record. Elizahealth does not present AI as an autonomous clinician.
